• Nine 1:1 Coaching Sessions: to help you clarify goals, overcome challenges, and take inspired action with accountability and support.

  • One session can be used for a special Year Ahead Intuitive Coaching Session to unlock intuitive guidance all year long!

• Three 2 hour Group Coaching Experiences (December, January, February)

  • DECEMBER: To reflect on the year past and alchemize the biggest gifts, lessons and insights.

  • JANUARY: To dream, vision and clarify your goals and intentions for the year ahead.

  • FEBRUARY: To keep the momentum going, learn from your progress, and refine your focus moving forward.

• Mind/Body/Spirit Approach: Each session includes exercises to unlock your inner wisdom, empowering you to pursue your goals and live your most authentic life.

• WhatsApp Support: Community WhatsApp channel to stay connected, inspire each other, and receive extra coaching between sessions.
